JOIN NURAI CONNECT 90 - ACROSS QUEENSLAND (BRISBANE) — GOLD COAST TO MOUNT ISA
10–23 April 2027 Across Queensland — Gold Coast to Mount Isa, Australia
About This Event
Join NURAI CONNECT 90 across Queensland for one of the programme’s most geographically diverse chapters — connecting communities from the Gold Coast and Brisbane through coastal Queensland, the tropical north and inland communities to Mount Isa.
From 10–23 April 2027, the Queensland chapter will begin on the Gold Coast and continue through Logan/Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns/Tablelands, before returning through Townsville and moving inland via Charters Towers, Hughenden, Richmond, Julia Creek and Cloncurry to Mount Isa.
The chapter will bring NURAI CONNECT’s two core pillars — Human Connection and Economic Connection — into metropolitan, coastal, regional and inland settings, recognising that the needs, strengths and opportunities of communities can differ significantly from place to place.
Human Connection activities may include community listening, Connection Circles, purposeful introductions, community tables, volunteer engagement and pathways to continued connection. Economic Connection activities may include employer and business engagement, B2B introductions, skills and training pathways, service-provider connections and practical opportunity matching relevant to local communities.
Brisbane CONNECT DAY on 12 April 2027 will serve as Queensland’s flagship capital-city gathering. The chapter then continues well beyond Brisbane through northern and inland Queensland, concluding with its regional legacy close in Mount Isa.
ONE CONNECTION CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING.
