About This Event

Invite the NURAI CONNECT 90 team to connect with you, your organisation, business or community — or offer to host and support the team when the national programme reaches your area.

This pathway is designed for individuals, families, community organisations, businesses, workplaces, education and training providers, local groups and suitable hosts who would like to request a visit or offer practical local support during the 90-day national activation across Australia.

Visit requests may support NURAI CONNECT 90’s Human Connection activities through listening, meaningful conversation, community engagement, purposeful introductions, acts of care and appropriate referral pathways. They may also support Economic Connection by helping the programme engage with employers, businesses, workers, entrepreneurs, training providers, service organisations and local opportunity networks.

Hosting offers may include suitable accommodation for the team, hotel or guest facilities, meals or catering, meeting or community space, local transport or logistical assistance, local introductions, community access, or other practical support that can strengthen programme delivery in a particular location.

The programme also welcomes expressions of interest from local people and organisations able to help connect the team with communities, partners and local networks, and to support continuity after the national journey has moved on.

All requests and hosting offers are expressions of interest and will be reviewed against the confirmed route, programme priorities, local relevance, timing, capacity, accessibility, safety, safeguarding, privacy, insurance, operational requirements and any approvals that may be required. Submitting a request or hosting offer does not guarantee acceptance, a visit or a formal partnership.
